January 5, 2012 – Kurt J. Schafers has been asked to moderate two Panels for the Bar Association of St. Louis’ (BAMSL) 2012 E-Discovery Symposium, as well as present the welcoming remarks and the introductions at the event. Mr. Schafers is a Chair on BAMSL’s Federal Litigation & Practice Section. Mr. Schafers will be moderating the Ethics and E-Discovery: Case-Law Update Panel as well as the Plenary Question-and-Answer Panel. Mr. Schafers will be joined by an excellent group of local attorneys on each Panel. The Symposium will be held on Thursday, February 09, 2012 from 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
