June 15th, 2009 – Cosgrove law, LLC successfully litigated a constitutional law claim for a violation of free speech for our client in his lawsuit against the State of Missouri. Cosgrove Law, LLC partnered with The Slusher Law Firm in Columbia, Missouri and worked tirelessly to defend our client’s First Amendment rights. The case was settled recently by the State while under review in the Federal Appeals Court.
