David B. Cosgrove recently accepted representation of a large national broker-dealer’s former compliance officer. The officer alleged that she was constructively discharged through months of harassment and retaliation after the officer made a call to an internal ethics hotline. The matter was resolved with a confidential settlement agreement prior to the filing of suit.
