Mr. Baumstark, formerly of Williams, Venker & Sanders, LLC, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut and earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2004. At Washington University, Mr. Baumstark won an Award for Oral Advocacy and was honored to serve as an Editor on the Global Studies Law Review. Prior to private practice, Mr. Baumstark served as an Assistant Circuit Attorney in St. Louis, Missouri where he won the Circuit Attorney’s Office’s “Trial Star” Award in 2007. Mr. Baumstark concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and criminal law.
Mr. Brockland, formerly of Haar & Woords, LLP, graduated cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 2008 where he was honored to serve as Editor-in-Chief of the St. Louis University Public Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brockland taught high school English in Kansas City, Missouri. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Mr. Brockland concentrates his practice on civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts. He has litigated a wide range of matters involving professional liability, legal malpractice, fiduciary liability, business and employment disputes, breach of contract, real property rights, the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, and personal injury. He has also represented individuals and businesses in matters concerning corporate governance and fiduciary obligations in closely-held businesses.
