October 24, 2012 – Cosgrove Law Group, LLC filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari with the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of a Missouri investor and against Fisher Investments, Inc., a Registered Investment Adviser headquartered in California. The Petition follows an Opinion from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. The Appeal focused on the preclusion of statutory claims in an arbitration against Fisher Investments, Inc.
